Online registration is mandatory for free entry as trade visitors.
- If your are first time visiting Interpets, please create your account first.
- If your have your account already, please register your visits.(Registration is opening from 16 July )
- Once registration has made, you can print out your " visitor badge " before your visit. It will save your time at the reception. ( If you cannot print out, show your QR code at the on-site counter to print out your visitor badge.
Notice
- Business visitors are welcomed through the event dates, 20 - 22 September.
- 20 September is open for ONLY business visitors. Private visitors, students and individuals under the age of 18 (including accompanying babies, infants) are strictly not allowed to enter.
- Private visitors, students and individuals under the age of 18 are not alloed to register as business visitors. Please purchase admission tickets and visit on 21 - 22 September.
- If your are accompanying your pets, please register your pets.

Prepare your business card when you visit
- All business visitors are required to show your " business card " at the on-site reception to prove you are business visitors.
- If you don't have business card, employee ID card is substitute.

For free admission, please complete online visitor registration.
Can I search the exhibitor list or the exhibiting products before the fair?
Online “Exhibitor search” will be available on this website from 1 month before the fair. Visitors can search the up-to-date exhibitor list and exhibiting products by using this searching engine.
Can I get the contact information of the exhibitors?
All information registered by the exhibitors can be found through “Exhibitor search” on this website.
Can I take my pets to the fair?
Yes, you and your pets are most welcome to Interpets but please keep the rule as follows.
Interpets prohibits accomapying pets as follows..
1) Specific animals defined by the Ministry of the Environment.

2) Pig / boar
Possibility of infection with classical swine fever.
3) Dogs not receiving rabies vaccination.
Rabies vaccination is determined by Japanese law.
4) Birds
If you visit with pets, pkease keep following things.
- Please leash your pets, as short as possible.
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- There is no pet keeping service.
- There is pet toilet in the hall (mainly for dogs and cats). Please take responsibility for removal of pet manure.
- Bringing water for pets is recommended.
- Aggressive / dangerous animals are not permitted to enter.
- The organiser will not take any responsibility for any troubles related to the visiting pets.
Is retail allowed at the fair? Can I use credit card for shopping?
Visitors can buy the products only at the booths where the retail activities are conducted.
Regarding the use of credit card, please check with the exhibitors is the booth directly.
Can I take photographs / videotape?
Taking pictures and videotaping of exhibits and exhibitor's booths are not allowed.
You can take pictures and videotape events and seminars on public days ONLY.
